Non-conformance Follow-up and Close Out

Non-conformance follow-up and close out is an important part of the integrity of the annual farm dairy assessment.

Certain non conformances with NZCP1 and NZCP2 require a close out to rectify an outstanding fault.

Our assessor team can do this through on farm visits, or by using our electronic system, to close out these faults and report them to you.

We are able to give farmers the option of closing out faults by using photo evidence in some situations. This can be a very efficient and cost-effective way to close out non conformances. Once the photo evidence is received, the auditor will review and, if acceptable, close out the non-conformance by completing an off farm non-conformance form. Photos are attached to the form as before and after evidence.

This off farm non-conformance close out system is currently in place with a number of our dairy company clients and is working well. Please note that not all non-conformances are able to be closed out off-farm or via photos.
