  • Customer Satisfaction: Prioritize customer satisfaction as a key focus in our quality improvement processes.
  • Timely Completion: Complete all internal and external audits, review of policies and procedures and other quality related tasks by their scheduled dates.
  • Non-Conformance Management: Rectify identified non-conformances within agreed timeframes and implement preventive measures.
  • Continuous Improvement: Address identified quality improvements as soon as practical, ensuring all accepted changes are fully implemented within 6 months of identification.
