QCONZ proud sponsor of Regional Dairy Industry Awards

Date: March 9, 2023

QCONZ was proud to be a sponsor of the recent Central Plateau and BOP Dairy Industry Awards, where we celebrated the successes of local farmers and connected with future industry leaders. From those just starting out in their careers to multi-million-dollar business owners, the awards recognized the diverse range of talent in our industry.

At the BOP awards ceremony, Josh Wheeler presented the QCONZ Emerging Talent Award to Stefan and Rachel Grobecker who are sharemilkers in the region. As well as receiving prize money, Stefan and Rachel were awarded an innovative Milking by Time (MbT) device from QCONZ.

QCONZ is passionate about supporting the dairy industry, whether through recognizing excellence, providing quality assurance services and technology, or training to improve farm operations.
