Modern approach to learning

Date: Oct 2021

QCONZ is leading the way with animal wellbeing training set to launch in Autumn 2022.  Developed in collaboration with Fonterra and DairyNZ, this NZQA-approved and funded dairy farm qualification will be offered in partnership with UCOL.  Targeting on-farm decision makers, the aim of the programme is to reassure farmers that they are meeting the animal care standards, and to take them a step further by looking at the benefits of implementing best practice on farm, taking them from good to great operators.  At the end this short course, attendees will go away with the skills and knowledge to competently develop, implement, and monitor a wellbeing plan for their farm.
